Jmin's Posh 21st in Ferringhi Garden

Dearest readers,
My babe- Jmin's (sleeping partner in Langkawi who tortured me. LOL) had turned 21st last month. We couldn't celebrate with her because of me. My fault. She told us how she spent her 21st b'day, by sitting alone in the library in UNIMAP, Perlis. Awww.. and thus I decided to make it up to her by throwing her a fine dining experience. Discussions was made with  Janet on where to kidnap her to. Janet traveled from KL on Wednesday night just to be able to  celebrate with her on Thursday night. Janet was in charge of where to bring Jmin whereas I'm in charge of booking a bouquet of roses. "Fulamak, romantic giler"

I made her a card. I used days because I was lack of inspiration or should I say I'm challenged artistic-ally. Furthermore, I got a hard time deciding the colour of the bouquet wrapper as well. I didn't want it to look cheapskate. So much for a Virgo. I ended up picking vintage theme for the flowers and it turns out really beautiful. "Please clap hands"

Jmin's is having her internship and she got off work around 6.00p.m. while we took the whole day to get ready. Janet made her a card with nice pictures while I ironed all of our dresses and I swear I would not open a bridal shop unless I am sure that I have an ironing lady. I hate ironing especially long long dresses. LOL. Anyway, me and Janet dolled up and we picked up the flowers and hid it in the car booth to prevent her from seeing ze flowers. I almost trip and fell on the mesh of my dress a few times.

Upon reaching her house, we let her wear the handpicked dress. At first she find it really weird with all the mesh. Fashionable Janet says while Jmin kinda banned the idea. She said "It looks funny". Janet couldn't care less and make her wear em'. Janet does Jmin's make up while I did her eyebrow because Jmin didn't want Crayon Sin Chan's eyebrows. If you get what I mean.

After the dilly dally it's time to depart as the booking was made at 8.00 pm. Too late because it's 7.15, I called and postponed it to 8.30. Janet was really hyped up in the car as she's famished. Jmin was tiny bit excited but in a worn face due to the long hours of work. Heh :P

Janet got the idea where is it but didn't know exactly where is it. It's near Park Royal Hotel but both of us didn't know where's the Park Royal hotel and we couldn't discuss it because it would sort of ruin the surprise and we had to use initials to address the venue. "It's near PR" Lame I know.

The bad thing about the venue is that it didn't have a proper carpark and we had to park a lil' bit far. P.s. We were in stilettos and I have to go back to the car and get the flowers and the mesh is not helping. It's also located beside a mosque and I felt disrespectful because my dress weren't appropriate in my opinon. I'm so sorry.

Disgusting is what you gonna name it when I say, we exchanged our heels while we were ordering just so that I can walk to the car to get the flowers before I fall down and die of humiliation. I'm not gonna die of humiliation of falling down but we'll just humiliate ourself by exchanging our(Me and Janet's) heels'.

After ordering, I sneaked out to get ze flowers. OKayyy, I got the flowers, what am I gonna do with the flowers, rang Janet to prepare to video Jmin's expressions and post it in Instagram. I waltzed in and gave her the beautiful bouquet. I think the video failed cause Jmin did a Thai renowned thank you sign using her hand. Too speechless for words she said only the word Thank You along with the Thai hand gesture. "Khorp Khun Khar"

She was really surprised and then she had finally forgiven us for not showing up in UNIMAP to surprise her. Heh :D

Wild Mushroom Soups
The soup is really good. I would give a 4 + 1/2 because it's a bit salty.

Woldorf Salad. Rate 5. Simply exquisite.

It was a fun night to begin with. Jmin was the princess having a chauffeur who drives a sports car. The sad part is that she has to go work the next day. Her Daddy said that we don't have to come back so early thou. HAHAHA. We wanted to keep her longer but well- she has to work. Janet even ask her to give us one of the "first time in life" which is clubbing. hahaha. We shall wait and see. I'm sure we'll have them in the future. ;)
