Let us begin shall we?

This is me with foundation only.

With fake eyelashes (for male readers, it's also known as falshies). Ya, I know, my eyes looks prettier. TEE HEE.

Do What You Need To Do To Be Happy

Hello my darlings,
I hope everyone is well. I am good if you're asking about my general well being. TEE HEE.

I would like to share some personal experience of mine in being happy and grateful moments.

Main subject: HOW TO BE HAPPY AND CONTENT?

#1: Go all out.
It does not matter if you're helping others or dressing yourself up for today. The main point is to do it whole-heartedly. At the end of it, it gives you great sense of satisfaction.
Example: Make up! It helps brighten up your day by looking pretty.

Times Square's toilet. ;) *girls are girls* eheee

#2: Do not entertain people that you do not like.
YOU ARE NOT OBLIGED TO ENTERTAIN ANYONE. As they say "the people who care don't mind and the people who mind don't matter" in whatever you do.

#3: Let's not prioritized our image by forgoing the chances of having fun. "Laugh out loud"
Let's face it. It's not worth it. You are young only once. Do it while you can. It's a lil' bit weird when you have a child and you still behave crazily. I'm not saying you shouldn't, but isn't it your child's time to do it instead of you? HAHA!

I like this picture. It shows some "retarded-ness" in my daily life. P.s. My girlfriends. It's been great ten years of friendship.

#4: Do not contemplate.
The result of contemplating usually ends up with you not doing what you felt like doing. "Sometimes the brain kills all the fun."

#5: Spend quality time with your loved ones.
They will always be there when you need them. Cherish their present before it's too late. You don't always have to be in a constant interaction. By chilling and enjoying each others presence in silence can be a good "pick me up"

#6: Eat your favourite food.
Sometimes you just have to splurge. You have to pamper yourself. And do not afraid to dine alone. This is where relaxation kicks in when you are enjoying a quiet meal with yourself. No distraction and worries about others.

Paddington House of Pancake

Sinful? Nahhh!

Omelet wrap. Spot that cheese yo'!

I finished the whole thing. FYI, I've got an awesome tummy. ;)
You don't live for others. So why do you constantly need others approval in whatever you do and has the urge to impress others by obeying? Impress them by being who you are. They'll definitely appreciate you even more. I hope this helps. Stay awesome peeps! :D

Signing off with love and kisses from Purple Dino. XOXO. MWAH~

The End of Being a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian for 5 Months

OHMAIGAWD! oh mai gawd!Me miss you readers sho sho much! <3
I know you guys must have felt lonely without my presence. *clears throat*  TEE HEE!

Firstly, I would like to declare how awesome am I to go meatless for 5 months since 23rd of March till yesterday which is 23rd of August. Lacto-Ovo vegetarian is going meatless but I still consume dairy and egg products as I consider not all eggs will hatch into chicks.                                                                                        #itsfuckingawesome# *true story*
Please do have the courtesy to give me a round of  applause. *puppy eyes*

It was not an easy task for both you and I know that Penang is the Paradise of good food which is the home to our favorite "Duck Egg Char Koay Teow", Abu's Mee Goreng, "Belacan Fried Chicken", "Fried Oysters", Western food, Japanese food (OMG if you knew how hard it is for me) and many other mouth-watering yummylicious food! Let me see. Food like this?

Mamak Rice

Dim Sum

Pork Ribs

Gindara Bento (Cod Fish)

Famous Question : Why do it?

It wasn't for religious purpose in the first place. Well, maybe it was for I wasn't so sure myself. Maybe it's to reduce the temper in me? It was just a random suggestion by my eldest sister cause red meat eater for example TIGER has bad temper. You don't see tiger running around the playground as tame animals do you? O.O For your information, I do have a bad temper. You don't see em' doesn't mean there are not there. :P
Another bright side of going meatless is it helps me stay in shape? As long as it's not round, it's fine by me. Please note that it's for the hourglass shape of course!

Tiny waist is every girls dream. I think.

I do faced a lot of challenges of being meatless.Let's start from the very first day of being a meatless person for year 2012.

Challenge #1: 23rd August 2012: I went to my girlfriend's house for a meet up. Everyone of her family members were sitting on around the dining table having steamboat. THEY WERE ALL MY FAV INGREDIENTS??!!
"YENNADE??!!"

I was sitting directly opposite the fan. It blew all those heavenly smell of the steamboat right at my face. FUCCCKK. The sight of freshly cooked CRAB, FISH, PRAWN, GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES AND THE SOUP!                                                                              *you could have just kill me right there and then*

Challenge #2: My DAD
He's back.  He is a very good cook. One of his best best dishes is braised pork leg with oysters. He tend to forget the fact that I cannot eat meat for the period of time. So he kept asking? "Wanna eat?  Wanna eat?"
And I will give him the *you serious- kinda expression*

Challenge #3: My FRIENDS. Evil as they are, they are evil.
Friends: Let's go eat YAM RICE! Ohh! you can't eat horrr?                 *with the sarcastic tone*
Friends: Let's go eat McD. Wanna eat fish-o-fillet? OH YA HOR!        *just remembered facial expression*

As much as I love eating meat, I enjoyed eating green leafy vegetables. Chinese broccoli (Kai Lan), Potato Leaf Vegetables (Huan zhu heok), Leek, Lettuce, Coral Lettuce, Spinach are all my favorites.  Fresh tomatoes dice it, or cherry tomatoes, I'll just pop them into my mouth. OM NOM NOM~

I love making my own fresh garden salad with a toss of Extra Virgin First Cold Press Olive Oil. They are real goodies. If your skin is prone to pimples, try taking fresh garden salad with olive oil as your dinner substituting a normal meal and you'll wake up with a difference.

I think most people couldn't give up the reason of eating meat or fish or other types of meat is because they are not exposed to fantastic types of "meatless food" or they simply hate VEGETABLES.

I'm sorry. I'm being a lil' whiny today. Let me show you some good meatless food?

Pirated Subway

Fried Asparagus with Mushroom and "Fake Chicken"

Noodles with Mushroom and Lettuce

Salad in Feta Cheese with Honey

Conclusion: Try going meatless when You felt like you have to. I hope the idea helps :D cheers peeps! Till then. I miss you guys. :D

Signing off with love and more kisses. XOXO..

Dare To Dream

Dare to dream..

Many would say why not? It's not like it is the end of the world. Well you're talking to me. A bit shy when it comes to standing on the center of the stage and sing. I love singing (no doubt) and I sounded not bad. Good actually. okay, maybe MORE than that ;)

 Unedited

I'm Jun yi. Back in the school days, my friends used to called me Barney, the purple dinosaur.
Yea yea yea, the gigantic, smiley purple dinosaur who sings I love you~, you love me~ We are happy family~". *who gives random hug to random kids*             #pedofile much?
Reason for that name? A virgo friend of mine wrote stories and I'm one of the character. AND I picked the name. So now  you see.

I'm in the middle, wearing Baju Kurung. *the one having middle parting hair*

I discovered the talent of being able to sing during Standard 4(I'm like whatt - 10?). A music class- it's a test and everybody needs to sing and my teacher would grade our singing. I'm not sure if the syllabus is still applicable in the school at this very moment. hmm..

It was my turn and I sang "Sometimes" by Britney Spears. I only sang one part. At the end of it, my teacher said, "that's all ah?" with a slight hint of why don't you continue a bit more. I remember clearly that the big round of applause I've received was quite- how should I say? FANTASTIC? From that day onwards, I was a legend. HAHAHA!

Let's fast forward my stories shall we?

Hall of fame #1: To sing on the day of one of the teacher's retirement. I was freakin' nervous as you can see. My choice? Mirror Mirror by M2M. Used to be one of my favourite <3. The performance was okay. I'm not sure how I sounded like. buahahahahha.. well, at least the entire primary morning session knows my existence already. TEE HEE.

Hall of fame #2: In my NATIONAL SERVICE CAMP year 2010.
I pulled a prank on a friend and it backfired. I've suggested her name to a list of names to sing. THERE WERE 10 NAMES FOR GOODNESS SAKE! Yea, you had guessed it. Her name was called upon.
"Nandeyo?!"
There were still some nobility in me I must say. Thus, I put up my hand and admitted that I suggested her name.

You must be wondering why didn't I suggested my own name? NO WAY! There were 400people out there.  Students consisting both males and females.

To compensate for my action, I went on stage and sang "Close To You" in Kenny G version. I preferred The Carpenters version actually. But the choices of discs are limited and VIOLA! I did it again. This time I had feedbacks, I was not loud enough apparently.

My second chance came by (it was by force actually- the teacher called me) and then again I sang "Aku Bukan Untukmu" by Rossa. IT WAS THE BOMB BABYYY! They clapped so loudly and I'm like sho sho shy... ><. Received a lot of "wow" & "good job" & "you sounded real good" when I return to my seat. *clears throat*.

I was quite proud of myself. Am still proud. AND I'm very grateful with the gift of being able sing. I shall slowly learn to embrace it and let it shine. What do you think?

Signing off with love and kisses. Mwah.
