Selfies/ Movies/ Songs

Hello hello hello :) How long has it been since I last updated about me, myself and I? :D Self obsessed more than often lately. Lmao

You get it right?
Oh yesh where was I? Self obsessed more often than not lately. I've errrr taken quite a number of selfies. When I'm stopping at the red light, before my food arrives, with my newly arrived food, when I take a breather during a jog session, after I put on my make up, before I head out of the house, while I was playing with my phone and this thing pops up "Why not take a picture". I hope I'm normal. LOL

Editing is so wonderful that you need not put on make up anymore. HAHAHA
It's not the heavy blush, it's just the lighting :O

White is the best light reflector.

Strong winds :)

Coffee Treat. Needed a chill out session with myself. Went to KLPAC and sat by the pond. :)

Jogging session :)

This is definitely the selca before food. Hungry face :D

Retarded face. Woah!

Anyway, Chinese New Year is around the corner and honestly, I'm not ready yet. I don't know why, Usually I have time to prepare for the CNY because I have holidays or semester breaks and usually studying resumes after the CNY. This time around, classes resumes right before New Year's eve. I miss Penang. Those shopping sprees. :')

The Curve with Family :)

I've been doing quite a lot of yoga lately. To tighten those flabby arms.To fit nicely in the New Year clothes. Hahaha!

Went on a short escape trip with ze family to Malacca last weekend. I got to meet up with my long lost friend by the name of Vi Vian and her boyfriend. Finally I've visited Nadeje, a shop famous for its Mille Crepe. Those catching up session, reminiscing life back in secondary school. How we fought, and how I forced her to do her homework and stuff. Good times.

We used to sit side by side in class back in Form 2 & 3 if I'm not mistaken.

Renowned Nadeje

Light bulb for a night. Whoops.

I've been watching a lot of movies too lately, new ones to me but they are the old ones. Genre would be Romantic Comedies. HAHA

I laughed my ass out. Was like: LOL LOL LOL
It was a story about a guy who lied to all the girls in his entire life but to his assistant which is Jennifer Aniston. They eventually fell for each other on a trip to Hawaii which she was supposedly act as his act wife to his new girlfriend.
It was really a funny love story. I would recommend it if you wanna have a good laugh.

I didn't like it but the ending was good. I cried when the awkward girl(loser) finally found The One. lol. Where Beth (Jennifer Aniston) got proposed by Ben Affleck. Happy ending, stuff like that. I like it. Reason for me not liking the movie was, it's too realistic, life as it is for the normal people. For you and me. :P

This is like the Cinderella love story.
Dream come true.
Though, I'd still prefer Pretty Woman
Every girl's favourite. :)
The Wedding Planner

The Wedding Planner was one of my fav romantic comedies. It was a story about a girl who fell for a groom that she was planning for a wedding. Lol. Enough about movies.

There are some songs which I would like to recommend you, my readers to listen to:

Beggin'- Madcon
Fall Again- Robin Thicke ft Kenny G
Don't Know Why- Norah Jones
Monsters- Eminem ft Rihanna
Safe and Sound- Capital Cities
Let Her Go- Passenger
Rocketeer- Far East Movement
Clarity- Zedd
Run To You- Whitney Housten

Okay, I shall call it a night. I think that my supper has digested and I shall get my beauty sleep. Chinese New Year is around the corner and the weather might be slightly hotter than usual. So do take care and drink lots of water :)

Night love!

Tour Guide #2 / Driver / Penang (Day 3)

Salam my friends,

18th of December. #Throwback
It is the third day which is also the last day of the Penang Trip with my fellow classmates and it comes to an end as a duty of driver and as tour guide number 2. Woken up early as usual around 6.40am and I got to use the bathroom while everybody was sleeping soundly. I showered. Left out brushing because my toothpaste and toothbrush was in the next door apartment and they were still sleeping. I sms-ed Charis, Kim Mooi, and Milo to see if anyone was awake. Nobody. LOL. I then took a stroll at the balcony after showering while enjoying the morning breeze. At last, I decided to give them a wake call to retrieve my belongings since it's almost 8.15am. HEHE

Everybody looked half awake until they were fully showered. I forgot to bring hairdryer even though I promised them. Luckily, Kuan Ling brought. Everybody was so grateful with the hairdryer. Kuan Ling was our female life saviour. :D

This picture are those who stayed in unit 2 :) Lovely people I would say.
And I'm cute. lol
Our first destination of the day was Air Terjun Titi Kerawang. Never knew this place existed which is again-usual. It was a thirty minutes drive from the Bayu Emas Apartment. The journey was quite windy as it was also uphill. It was quite a climb. I liked it. Big big rocks.

We parked like a boss at the roadside. *Thumbs up*
Huge Signboard at the Roadside
You need to hike a distance to reach the waterfall.
What was Wah Gor pointing at?
Rewarding sound: Whoosh
Peace homies :D
ZK looks imbalance.
Milo looks like he is having a tummy ache. XD
Say Cheese! :)
Happy faces.
Hot chicks got caught doing what they do best. Whoops.
I love this shot. I call it the DO RE MI shot.
They look like ants walking in a straight line from afar. 1 2 1 2 March On.
A full group shot. My car was the tripod stand. Cool stuff. LOL
After this shot, the camera literally died.
It was around 10/11 am that we decided to go downhill for breakfast. Big Ben's Breakfast :D I had imagine it to be something like Ben's in Publika.

We passed by The Ship and I couldn't help it but to stop and let them have some pictures. The replica of the ship was simple beautiful. It's a restaurant which is famous for steaks.

Look at the blue sky. So pretty.
We finally arrived at Big Bens for breakfast :D

Such a huge misunderstanding. HAHA
But the food was good and affordable too for those who loves English Breakfast.
Smoked Salmon Sandwich @ RM10.90
Big Breakfast @ RM7.90

Hungry people.

Nearby there was this Mango Ice stall. We walked a few meters and ZK treat us. One big bowl and we shared.
On a hot sunny day. *Gulps*
Professionals testers.
Jasmine: "Let me see"
Teresa: *Skeptical face*
Lih Pyng: "One spoonful"

While others...

Camwhore baby!
Teresa's expression was priceless. Love it!

A proper shot. Sweet girls.

After the splendid late brunch, off we went hunting for street arts. Penang Street Arts has been really famous and it was and still is an "In thing" to do when you visit the Georgetown area. It was first painted by a Lithuanian artist, Ernest Zacharevic. Followed by other artists.

Ernest Zacharevic paints Penang

Put up your fist. Like this. Now who's ready for some Muay Thai?

Magic. I cut your body into half.

"Lu Ai Ki To Lok?"/ Where do you wanna go?
Sidekick! Yak yak!
Luckily, no one does that while they're asleep. Else, bruises everywhere. HOHO!
This is a new one I guess. Koniciwa!
I'm the green one. What about you?
A family portrait.
Minions! and umbrellas! They should be acknowledge as well. Tee Hee :D
Badass. Good girl gone bad! Lol.
Credits to Kai Lun
Scorching sun but professional models- smiling as brightly as ever! Introducing Colgate!
This painting is by
Ernest Zachaveric.
Miao! :D
Kai Lun looked lost. "Are you lost?"

I find this extremely interesting.
Almost candid. They had only one and half seconds to pose.
Spot the upside down little boy.
We then proceeded to near jetty area. There was a small shop that sells prawn fritters, mince meat roll, fried tofu. Bought some and shared. No wonder my sore throat was getting worse. HAHA. Hot weather and deep fried stuff. XD
Yummy Yummy.
Feast!
Famous Jetty but I don't know the name. Whoops
It's like a fishermen village. It was all stilt houses.
Wikipedia:
Stilt houses or pile dwellings or palafitte are houses raised on piles over the surface of the soil or a body of water. Stilt houses are built primarily as a protection against flooding, but also serve to keep out vermin. The shady space under the house can be used for work or storage.
谁弄他们生气? ;)

 The Cap Ladies.
Such a breathtaking view in Penang though the Sun almost killed all of us.
After that, we went for some roadside ice cold drinks to quench our thirst.
Cendol and "Ai Yu Bin"

Who says when you're at another table you can't have selca from a distance. Another level of pro achieved.
Taking a break :) A couple photobomb our picture. Ngek!
After an eventful journey we went for Tea Break. It's actually considered my lunch. Though it was 3pm. Street arts hunting took us quite a while and we were hungry. OM NOM NOM NOM. Let me introduce you, my pick. The best food I had for the past 3 days, *Drum rolls*

Fried Baby Oysters. Super sinful/delicious/oily/mouth-watering/you name it.
Huge fan/ big fan/ I can't talk now, I gotta finish this first. *evil grin*
Lunch: Wan Tan Mee
Teresa had two. She loves it. :)
We toured almost the whole of Penang except Escape Park due to time constrain. We finally decided on shopping malls since we are left with not much places to go. Furthermore, some of us needs shopping and some needs air conditioning. HEHE. Off we go to Gurney Plaza.

And the boys did this.....

You cannot imagine how hard I laughed.
We then went Sg. Pinang Food Court for dinner. We were spoilt for choices. So many to choose from. Ranging from seafood, Popiah, all the noodles range, stir-fry, Thai Food, Sushi, Dim Sum, variety of rice and many more.

Thumbs up. It was a satisfying dinner :)
The last group shot before Kai Lun and his passengers travel back to KL.
We bid them good bye and safe journey. Since those who take flights had some time to spare and it is also on the way. We visited the Ubah Bird! :)

It's like so cute right?
Flashed. Zombified. HAHAHA
What was Jocelyn looking at?
Both the drivers safely sent the passengers to the airport.
We randomly asked a stranger to take a picture of us as the last shot is Penang.
Thank you all for all the pictures. It was very beautiful. A form of memory storage. I stole a lot of your pictures for the 3 blog posts. Hehe

Every happy moment has come to an end. I myself was surprised and I also surprised myself. I thought there would be awkward moments. I was afraid that I couldn't mix around. But they were genuinely nice to me. It was a mixed feeling after the trip. If I did accidentally said something wrong or did something inappropriate, I do want to apologize. You guys were awesome.

Bidding them farewell. Weird. Three days and the bond grew really close.
Dear crazy and random people, we shall meet again. Soon. Take care! ;)
